EverDesk Upgrade Policy

New versions of EverDesk are released from time to time with enhancements and new features. There are two ways to upgrade - free and paid:
  • Free upgrade - free for all upgrades within the version number (e.g. from v4.0 to v4.1) or if you bought within 60 days of a new version number (e.g. from v4.0 to v5.0).
  • Paid upgrade - discount of 50% if you bought 61 days or more before a full new version was released (e.g. from v4.0 to v5.0). All upgrades within the version number are free (e.g. from v4.0 to v4.1).
Should beta versions of EverDesk be released for public use, these beta versions are excluded from the above and can be used until the full new version is released. After that beta versions of EverDesk can not be used and an upgrade to a new version will be needed based on the terms explained above.
 
The following are the minimal system requirements for EverDesk:
  • Windows XP or Windows Vista
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher
  • Screen resolution 800x600 or higher
  • 24 bit color or higher
