Optima integrates email functionality around your existing Windows subject folders. Each folder can therefore become the center of any activity you are interested in by containing all the information relevant to that activity, including various application files, received mail, sent mail, and attachments. With Optima's file filters these data types can be then be viewed in their own familiar categories within any given folder.

EverDesk Mail provides the benefits of our software within the familiar framework of a conventional email program. Like other email programs, Everdesk Mail uses a conventional set of mail folders (Inbox, Sent Items, Outbox, etc) to manage your email. Unlike other email programs it also duals as a file manager by including a second tree comprised of your Windows subject folders.

EverDesk also provides superior management of Contacts. The Contacts screen, provides full vCard functionality for each one of your Contacts, while also making it possible for you to customize your contacts with pictures.

In EverDesk, contact information and email addresses of your friends, family, and co-workers are context sensitive to the activity you are working on, allowing you to carry out your communications far more quickly and easily than in other email programs. Easy to use pop-up previews allow you to access personal information of any contact simply by placing the mouse over any name or contact shortcut that you see in the interface. Mailing to groups and individuals is enhanced dramatically through EverDesk´s Quick List contacts menu inside the New Message Window, allowing you to select and deselect groups and individual for a particular email far more rapidly than any other email program.

You can configure EverDesk features to better suit your needs - it includes (but is not limited by) the appearance, encryption functionality, etc. You can also set up multiple identities for different purposes, activities, etc. for ultimate flexibility when sending email and import your e-mail from any other mail client with our user-friendly import wizards.

Get fast access to the most popular items by placing them on the QuickBoard just like you would do in Windows Desktop. However, QuickBoard in EverDesk provides even more functionality by making it possible not only to put there virtually any document, file, email or even contact, but also to customize the icon. So, for instance, instead of generic icon you can assign a photo to a contact. Or replace the folder icon with the logo or picture of your choice for fast recognition.

You can preview not only email messages in EverDesk, but virtually any other document or file! Read documents, access spreadsheets, see presentations, listen to your music, view your video clips, enjoy your pictures, etc. - all this is done without ever leaving EverDesk!

Advanced search functionality allows you find any message you want by any set of criterias you need. You can also instantly separate from the list just the items you want to see, whether it is received mail, sent mail, drafts, attachments, files etc.

In additional to our very capable automatic filters you can also set up a number of your own rules to file your incoming e-mails in any way you need.
