What operating system do I need to run EverDesk?
EverDesk runs on Windows XP and Windows Vista. Older versions of Windows (2000, 9x, ME) are unsupported.
Is any other software required?
Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher should be installed, also you may need a third-party software installed
to view the specific file formats.

Yes, EverDesk supports importing data from many popular email programs including

What types of accounts are supported?
EverDesk features full support of POP3 protocol and a limited level of support for IMAP protocol. More features of IMAP protocol will be supported in the future versions of EverDesk.
