Install / Setup

We recommended that you exit all running Windows programs before installing EverDesk.

1. Double-click on the downloaded .exe file, click Next when prompted.
2. Read the software license agreement and click Yes once you accept.
3. Click if you would like to restart computer now (which is recommended) or later, and click Finish.

After restarting the computer, launch EverDesk. If the program does not detect a previous installation you will see the following popup window:

If you don't have a username and need to register, make sure you are connected to the internet and click on the "Click to register" link. This will open up the registration page on the EverDesk website. Complete the form to register and follow the instructions on the next screen to register a new username.

After the registration/purchase, you will be able to enter your username and password in the first window and can start using the program.
